The way the Indian Army has given a befitting reply to Pakistan through Operation Sindoor, the whole country feels proud of its military force. In such a situation, giving respect and support to the Indian Army, Air India, and Air India Express has made a special offer. Air India and Air India Express have announced that defense personnel who have booked tickets in Air India or Air India Express for travel till 31 May 2025, if they cancel the ticket, they will get the full money back.
No extra charge on ticket rescheduling
If the army personnel want to change the date by rescheduling the journey, then they will also be given the facility to make this change once till 30 June 2025 without any additional charge. Air India said that this step has been taken in honor of the selfless service of the army and their dedication to duty. This announcement came when the Indian Army on Wednesday carried out missile and drone attacks on terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK). In this attack, 9 big terrorist bases of organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba were destroyed.
Air India posted this on social media.
Air India said in a post on 'X' on Wednesday, "In the current situation, for defense fare personnel who have booked on Air India and Air India Express flights till May 31, 2025, we are offering a full refund on ticket cancellation and a one-time discount on rescheduling flights till June 30, 2025 to support their duty commitments."
