Andhra Pradesh approves plan to offer up to $600 million for electronic components production

Andhra Pradesh on Friday approved a scheme offering $600 million in incentives to boost local manufacturing of electronics components.

Andhra Pradesh's incentive scheme comes months after the federal government in New Delhi approved a plan worth 229.19 billion rupees ($2.62 billion) to boost electronics components manufacturing in the country.
