The report states, “Aditya Chopra has been closely involved in developing the story and screenplay of Dhoom 4 with Shridhar Raghavan. They are currently working on the story draft that’s worthy of the hype around the reboot with Dhoom 4.”

Mukerji, who has previously worked with Kapoor on Wake Up Sid, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, and Brahmāstra, is expected to take charge of pre-production once War 2 is released on Independence Day 2025.
