Semolina pudding is a dish that everyone likes. It is not only delicious in taste but is also very easy to make. So if you too feel like eating something sweet but are short on time, then you too can make semolina pudding at home. Let's know the very easy recipe to make it.

Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
½ cup desi ghee
1 cup water
1 cup milk
10-15 almonds and cashews, finely chopped
10-15 raisins
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch saffron
Method:
First of all, heat a heavy-bottomed wok or pan on medium flame and add ghee to it, and let it melt.
Now add semolina to it and fry it while stirring continuously. This is the most important step. Fry the semolina till its color becomes light golden and an aroma starts coming. Keep in mind, do not let it burn. This may take about 7-10 minutes.
Now add water and milk and stir a little.
When the water starts drying up, add sugar and mix well.
Now add saffron and cardamom powder and mix.

The semolina syrup will start absorbing the water and milk and will start swelling. Keep stirring it continuously.
Now add most of the chopped dry fruits and raisins and turn off the gas.
Semolina halwa is ready. Serve it hot.
