The residents of L&T Seawoods Residences, Navi Mumbai, celebrated Onam with great joy and enthusiasm on 7th September 2025. More than 200 residents, including both Malayali and non-Malayali community members, actively participated in the festivities, making it a truly inclusive event.
The celebration began with the arrival of King Mahabali, who was warmly welcomed by women residents with floral rangoli (Pookalam) and Thalams. The atmosphere was further elevated by the powerful beats of Chendamelam, performed by traditional artists from Kerala.
The event featured a variety of cultural programs, adding color and vibrancy to the occasion. The highlight of the day was the grand Onasadhya, a traditional Kerala feast served on banana leaves, which brought everyone together in the true spirit of Onam.
The Onam celebration at L&T Seawoods Residences beautifully showcased the cultural heritage of Kerala while also fostering unity, harmony, and togetherness among residents.
