A first look at Jack P Shepherds wedding day as he arrives in style with his son

Coronation Street legend Jack P Shepherd has touched down at Manchester Cathedral for one of the most important days of his life. The actor, who portrays David Platt in the ITV soap, is tying the knot with Hanni Treweek at the magnificent cathedral today (July 26). Cutting a sharp figure in his wedding attire, Jack was spotted making his entrance to the cathedral alongside son Reuben, whom he shares with former partner Lauren Shippey.

Both father and son donned stylish sunglasses and bow-ties as they rolled up in a vintage red Mustang for David's special moment, reports the Manchester Evening News. Celebrity Big Brother champion Jack got down on one knee to propose to Hanni during a safari adventure in Tanzania last year, with the couple announcing their wedding date last October.

Hanni shared on Instagram at the time: "26th July 2025 we become Mr and Mrs Shepherd!" Manchester Cathedral has been transformed with breathtaking floral displays in preparation for the ceremony, with numerous celebrity guests anticipated to witness the occasion.

Prior to his big moment, Jack penned a heartfelt tribute to those who assisted the couple in planning their nuptials.
