'Shut the f*** up' Liam Gallagher shouts at crowd as he is booed at Wembley

Oasis have descended to London's Wembley for their another of seven sold-out shows - but already Liam Gallagher has made the gig a memorable one. Last night began London's most anticipated gig of the year with Liam and Noel Gallagher taking to the stage hand in hand, but it was Saturday's performance where one of the brothers rocked the crowd.

Fans were eager to see the brothers and their band perform classic hits such as Don't Look Back in Anger, Champagne Supernova and Half the World Away. But in between bashing out bangers, Liam addressed the fans. In a video circulating on social media, the 52-year-old Britpop star asked the audience to turn around, hold on to each other and jump up and down. But as he was delivering directions, he couldn't help but have a pop at Arsenal fans. He demanded: "Here you are, Arsenal fans, shut the f*** up man." The crowd then booed, while others laughed as he continued his dig, saying: "Big long f***ing faces because you ain't won nothing for 20 years."

It comes after the singer previously said he would be "censoring" himself on stage, as Oasis made an epic return after 16 years. Last night, during Friday's first gig at Wembley, Liam said early on in the band's set: "Every time I open my mouth these days I seem to get myself in f***ing trouble, so I'm just gonna sing."

However, in the same show, he was heard chastising members of the crowd after witnessing them scuffle. "Sort it out," Liam snarled. "Fighting at this f***ing time of the day? At least wait until it gets dark."

Oasis are playing five nights at London's Wembley through August 3, before returning to Wembley for two additional dates in September. So far on the band's reunion tour, the setlist has largely remained the same.

The tour has already seen Oasis perform in Cardiff for two dates, and they recently completed Heaton Park in Manchester for five performances on July 11, 12, 16, 19, and 20.

Last night, the Gallagher brothers have paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, who died on Tuesday this week at the age of 76. They sang the song "Live Forever" in his honour as an image of Ozzy is shown at the end.

Liam said to the crowd: "That one was dedicated to Ozzy Osbourne, a Rock N Roll Star."
