After the Pahalgam attack, PM Narendra Modi 's first address to the public will be at Madhubani in Bihar Thursday while he cancelled his other public engagement at Kanpur on the same day as a mark of respect to the killing of a city businessman, who was one of the victims of the terror attack. Modi was scheduled to visit Kanpur to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for projects worth over Rs 20k crore. tnn
